Return Policy

At No Limit Motor Works, we strive to provide you with high-quality parts and exceptional customer service. We understand that sometimes you may need to return a product, and we want to ensure a smooth and hassle-free return process. This Return Policy is designed to abide by the California Consumer Laws and protect your rights as a consumer.

 

Return Eligibility:

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The request for return must be made within 30 days from the date of delivery.

  • The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

  • All original accessories, manuals, and documentation must be included with the product.

  • Certain products, such as custom-made or special-order items, may not be eligible for return. Such exclusions will be clearly indicated on the product page.

 

Returns Process:

If you wish to initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Contact our customer support team through email to request a Return Authorization Number (RAN).

  • Pack the product securely in its original packaging to prevent damage during transit.

  • Include a copy of the original invoice or packing slip inside the package.

  • Clearly mark the RAN on the outside of the package.

  • Ship the product back to our designated return address.

 

Return Shipping Costs:

If the return is due to a product defect or an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped), we will cover the return shipping costs. For other types of returns, such as change of mind or ordering the wrong part, the customer is responsible for the return shipping expenses.

 

Refund Process:

Once we receive the returned product and verify its eligibility, we will process the refund using the original payment method within 14 days. Please note that refunds will be issued for the product's purchase price minus any applicable restocking fees (if any).

 

Damaged or Defective Products:

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or a refund at no additional cost to you.

 

California Consumer Laws:

As required by California Consumer Laws, we comply with all relevant consumer protection regulations, including but not limited to the California Online Privacy Protection Act (CalOPPA), the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), and the California Consumer Privacy Rights Act (CPRA).
